In plain language: This is a free personality exploration tool — not a clinical assessment. Use it honestly and responsibly. Your results are for self-reflection only. We'll keep the service running as best we can, and if anything ever goes wrong, we'd much prefer to talk it out first.

1. About the Service

KIWIMU MBTI Lab is a personality-type exploration service operated by Moon Island Dessert. We offer a free MBTI-style assessment that generates a personalised profile based on your responses.

Results are intended for entertainment, self-discovery, and personal reflection only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, psychiatric, or career advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.

2. Eligibility

You may use this service if you are 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 should use the service with parental or guardian guidance. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You may take the test without creating an account. Signing in with Google lets you save results and track changes over time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Your account is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

All content on this service — including text, visual design, illustrations, and personality-type descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Moon Island Dessert and protected by copyright. You may share your personal results for non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the service without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moon Island Dessert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which for free users is zero).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the details in our Privacy Policy. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post a notice on the service for material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and request account deletion.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moon Island Dessert regarding the service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
